Frequently Asked Questions about the Ballpark Experience

How do I get to SunTrust Park?

SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta are surrounded by 14 primary access points. If you drive, we suggest you use Waze. If you don’t want to drive, Uber and CobbLINC are your best options. Find maps, access points, and transportation options.


Where should I park?

We have more than 20 different parking lots to choose from, 360 degrees around the stadium. In total, there are more than 14,000 parking spaces managed by the Braves. We strongly encourage fans to purchase parking before you head to SunTrust Park. See a map and buy passes.


Where can I find a parking map?

See the map and purchase parking passes. Once you have your pass, use the Waze App to navigate directly to your spot.


Should I pre-pay for parking?

Absolutely, it will save you time and money. You can then use the Waze app to navigate straight to your spot.


How much is parking?

Between $18 and $23, depending on where you want to park. Here’s a map and price list.


Are the Braves parking lots monitored by security during the game?

Yes. Lots owned or managed by the Braves are covered by a code of conduct for fans and feature on-site security.


When do parking lots open?

Many Braves parking lots open two hours before first pitch, but some are open earlier. Check on the lot you’re interested in.


Where can I find ADA parking?

In compliance with ADA guidelines, the Braves will offer dedicated parking for fans with disabilities on a first-come, first-served basis that feature vehicles with a valid, state-issued disabled parking permit or license plate. Additionally, drop-off areas for fans with disabilities will be marked throughout the area.


Do I have to pay for parking at The Battery Atlanta on non-game days?

Yes. The parking decks at The Battery Atlanta are open to visitors.


Can I UBER to and from the game?

Absolutely. As a matter of fact, the Braves and UBER have a designated drop-off/pick-up zone on Windy Ridge Pkwy, adjacent to the ballpark, enabling fans to safely and easily find a vehicle following the game.


Can I tailgate?

Braves North 29 is open for tailgating before the game.


Can I get to the park on public transportation?

Yes. CobbLinc, which runs more than 100 buses on 18 routes with more than 750 total stops, will provide service to SunTrust Park and The Battery Atlanta. The transit system offers Braves fans a host of alternative transportation options to reach the ballpark, including a link with MARTA. Here’s a list of routes and options.


Where can I park and ride the Cobb Circulator?

Can I ride my bike to SunTrust Park?

Of course, we’ll even air up your tires! SunTrust Park is a bicycle-friendly environment, including the use of a bicycle valet, an onsite bike depot with water and air, and partnerships with bike-sharing programs.


How do I buy single game tickets?

Right here! Single game tickets start as low as $5.


What does the Brave App do?

Lots of cool stuff, including a navigation tool to get you in and around the ballpark, buy your parking in advance, ordering food to your seat, and reserving times for the zip lines and climbing wall. There’s also a built-in feature that allows fans to “raise their hand” if you have a poor ballpark experience. The guest services team will monitor and immediately remedy the situation on-site. Satisfi is another component of the Braves app used to navigate the ball park. Think of it as your personal smartphone assistant who’s an expert on all-things-SunTrust Park. Satisfi will provide a Q-and-A experience to help with navigation. Ask questions like “Where’s the nearest concession stand that serves Terrapin beer?” and the app will take you to the nearest stand.


What’s open when the Braves aren’t in town?

The Battery Atlanta is always open, even when the Braves are on road trips and during the off-season. You can enjoy restaurants like Yard House, C. Ellet’s Steakhouse, and Antico Pizza. You can also visit the Braves Clubhouse Store and other retail outlets like Harley-Davidson, Dress Up, and Baseballism. View a full list and more information.


Are there fun kids activities inside SunTrust Park?

You better believe it! Check out Hope and Will’s Sandlot behind center field. Kids can ride the zip lines, climb the rock wall, or play a number of carnival-style games. You’ll also find special concession and shopping areas just for kids. Plus if your little baseball fan forgot his or her glove, they can borrow one right inside the ballpark.


What’s in The Battery Atlanta?

When will the restaurants in The Battery Atlanta open?
